Is it legal to use Web Detective?
ANSWER:
Absolutely. The Federal Freedom of Information Act allows for the public viewing of thousands of types of records, be they criminal, property, background, whatever. None of the Web Detective resources are illegal, or will allow you to perform an illegal search. Also, NO ONE WILL EVER KNOW YOU ARE INVESTIGATING THEM!!

Data is sometimes entered poorly, processed incorrectly and may not be free from defect. This system should not be relied upon as definitively accurate. From time to time Company may also choose to offer a special Privacy Chest subscription bonus on the Web Detective order page(s) for qualified subscribers. These are limited time offerings and may or may not be available to all Subscribers. The Privacy Chest Special Bonus, if selected, is also a recurring membership format. Clients are given a full month free trial and can cancel at any time within the given trial period, otherwise a monthly fee of $38.83 will be incurred for each membership month thereafter. Subscriber can easily cancel a Privacy Chest membership by calling 1-888-432-4378 (1-88-TheChest) between the regular business hours of 8am EST and 7pm EST, Monday through Friday. Subscriber must provide Company a minimum of two (2) days (48 hours) prior to a reoccurring charge date to process any request to cancel a monthly reoccurring charge. If a cancellation request is received with the above noted minimum 48 hours notice, Company will stop the monthly billing immediately; however, you will not be eligible for a pro-rated refund of your current month's paid membership fee. Any charge backs or disputes that do not comply with this cancellation policy will be aggressively pursued.
